Sam Quint (Tommy Lee Jones), an expert burglar hired by the FBI to steal top-secret data from a suspect company, follows through on his latest assignment -- but leaves the data behind in an experimental supercar known as "Black Moon Rising." When the vehicle is subsequently stolen, Quint's life depends on getting it back. Linda Hamilton co-stars as the car thief, and Robert Vaughn plays her boyfriend, the head of a stolen auto ring.
