In the near future, war and corruption have plagued America and turned it into a police state. A resistance member, Alegre Dyer, breaks out of political prison and reunites with her husband and daughter. On the run, the family takes refuge in a safe house with an evil past.

Hoping for an idyllic getaway, a couple and their daughter visit a remote mansion in rural Louisiana. When suspiciously friendly neighbours show up uninvited, the weekend soon takes a sinister turn as dark secrets test the family's fragile bond.
