Barnaby 'Blix' Waterberry (Mickey Rooney) is a uranium prospector who is eating a peanut butter sandwich in the desert where atom bomb tests are being done. He becomes radioactive, and helps the FBI break up an enemy spy ring. A classic Blake Edwards comedy.

The screen version of "No, No, Nanette" in which an actress/heiress bets her uncle that she can say "no" to every question for the length of a weekend. If she wins, she gets the chance to star in her own Broadway show.
