Way Back Home
(2011)Many years had passed yet Jessica (Julia Montes) still feels guilty over having lost her sister Joanna, then a toddler, at the beach. Her mother Amy (Agot Isidro) has never gotten over the loss and continues to search for Joanna, who unknown to them has been found and raised as Anna by a fisherman’s family. At a swimming competition, Jessica competes with her estranged sister Joanna/Anna (Kathryn Bernardo) who nervously goes to the comfort room humming a familiar tune which Amy recognizes, making her assert that Anna is her lost daughter. Joanna decides to go back to her adopted family while Jessica recovers and asks for Joanna.
