Nerkonda Paarvai is a 2019 Tamil drama movie starring Ajith Kumar, Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami and Rangaraj Pandey, and is based on the Hindi movie Pink. Meera refuses Adhik's untoward advances at a party and ends up hurting him in self-defense. In an attempt to defame her and get his revenge, Adhik files an FIR against Meera and her friends terming them as sex workers.
