In their second feature film, exciting adventures are once again in store for the eccentric Pettson and his clever cat Findus. It all starts when Findus has to tidy up the mess he has made. But the little tomcat thinks that cats should play rather than tidy up. So he writes a letter to the king asking him to be excused from his chore.
