Stuck in a lackluster marriage, Abby and Eliott rely on their dog Laila for the affection they don't provide one another. When Laila is kidnapped for ransom, they immediately launch into an outrageous madcap adventure to save their four-legged "child," and along the way, possibly even themselves as well.
