Ten years after the supposed death of Jesse James, a young man who is rumored to have been his son plots a scheme to use the Dalton Gang and missing money from one of their heists to hopefully flush out if his infamous father is really dead or alive.

Notorious outlaw and gunslinger Case Britton isn't welcome in his hometown after killing two men. He is forced to return and regain the locals' trust when he discovers that outlaw Jack Cantrell plans on robbing a stagecoach that is coming into town.
