In this action film, a secret group of citizens who want to take the law into their own hands do their best to convince an L.A. cop to join them. This cop has a propensity for violence, and has a dark past that involves the murder of his father and other family members.

A diner owner and crew come across a bag of dirty cash and must outwit gangsters and corrupt cops to save the cafe and themselves.
