A Miami businessman comes to Havana in search of an old friend who disappeared during the Cuban Revolution. While following his trail, he is lead to the apartment of an old flame and discovers a group of Batista sympathizers plotting to overturn Castro.

As part of a plot to assassinate a visiting Middle-Eastern premier, professional killers invade the home of a flight controller and hold his terrified family hostage.
