Anjali Devi

Bala Nagamma is a 1942 Indian Tamil film, directed by Vedantham Ragahvaiah and produced by DN Raju, SN Raju and P Venkatapathi Raju. The film stars N.T. Rama Rao, SVR, and Anjali Devi in lead roles. The film had musical score by S Rajeswara Rao.

The movie is about a devotee Prahalada in Hindu mythology. After his hard efforts, Ranga Rao (Hiranyakashipu) gets blessed by God Brahma. His son (Prahalada) is a staunch devotee of Lord Vishnu and praises him throughout the day. The rest of the movie is about the father's rigorous efforts to prevent his son's devotion.

Panakalu cheats Ravi's grandparents and illegally occupies their house named Brundavanam; knowing this fact, Ravi promises his grandmother that he will regain control of the house.

Three brothers who are separated at birth are brought up in different religious houses and are reunited with fate. Together they combat the evil man who was responsible for their separation.
