Organ-harvesting nurses are haunted by the vengeful spirit of a murdered colleague, who threatened to expose their crimes, in this Thai horror film.

In this final instalment of the action-fantasy trilogy, sorcerer cop and expectant father Khun Pan (Ananda Everingham) is persuaded to take on another dangerous mission -- hunt down the notorious bandit thieves Mahesuan (Mario Maurer) and Dam (Phakin Khamwilaisak). But in doing so, he uncovers a conspiracy that forces him to confront everything he believes in.
