Reiko never had many friends, however things only get worse for her after an altercation with Erica, one of the popular girls at school. Soon, Reiko's only friend Natsuki begins to notice that she is behaving strangely. It seems that the girls who are her enemies soon find themselves dead - completely dismembered. What is the connection between Reiko and the legend of TekeTeke? Natsuki must unravel this mystery and discover the truth before it's too late.

In a large industrial space installed with microphones and portraits of Stalin and Lenin, a group of people gather to share their experience of contacting the realm of the dead. Yukiko (Kan Hanae), who vanished mysteriously during her childhood, participates to try and uncover the truth behind her disappearance.

A neuron scientist and her husband discover a black-and-white 16mm film in the basement of a dilapidated hospital. The film documents underground experiments on a part of the human brain called the sylvian fissure in an attempt to gain insight into the “forbidden territory” – an invisible reality achieved through neither life nor death. Obsessed with this surreal concept, the surgeon tries to reconstruct what she saw by recreating the experiment...starting with her own daughters!
