Cesar Montano

The film explores the assassination of Ninoy Aquino on August 21, 1983, three years before the events of Maid in Malacañang, and how the Marcoses were accused of as those responsible for killing him.

He has the mind and temper of a young child, but when it comes to guns, Bullet (Cesar Montano) is as adept as a highly-trained marksman. But this very special talent comes into harrowing play when Bullet accidentally films gangsters beating up a kidnap victim and eventually he and his cousins witness a vicious gangland murder.
