A man recovering from an accident takes over a house-sitting job for a friend in Los Angeles. But strange occurrences soon show he is not alone.

When a hurricane hits the Brody Peninsula, nurse Abby has a decision to make: attempt to move the comatose Hannah out of her family home or stay and weather the storm. Abby decides the safer of the two options is to stay but there’s somebody else on the peninsula with them: Dr. Carl the Storm Chaser, a TV celebrity and secret serial killer that uses storms to cover up his heinous crimes.

Reporters explore the Area 51 Air Force base. Their investigation is brought to a halt when a breach of security turns the base into a nightmare.
