Set in the backdrop of Bellampalli, Where is the Venkatalaxmi is the story of nuisance makers Chanti (Praveen) and Pandu (Madhunandhan) who follow a girl (Venkatalakshmi) & try to woo her. What follows is a startling surprise. The movie is a horror-comedy with rib-tickling & jaw-dropping moments.
