Hannah' tells the story of Buddhist pioneer Hannah Nydahl and her life bringing Tibetan Buddhism to the West. From her idealistic roots in 1960's Copenhagen to the hippie trail in Nepal, Hannah and her husband Ole became two of the first Western students of His Holiness the 16th Karmapa - the first consciously reincarnated lama of Tibet in 1110.

She comes to his place, late every Wednesday afternoon, only for sex, while her taxi waits outside. The don't speak but something must pass between them because they stand together and lie down next to the table, without a word...

It's 1956, and Teju relocates to London from Lagos to study nursing but faces challenges when her colleagues demand to see her tail.
