Amy Klein, a reporter, is in London to investigate cases of drug addiction for her newspaper. She subsequently discovers an underground group which can bring back the dead.

Hallie and Annie are identical twins who are separated at birth when their parents divorce. Hallie is raised by her dad and Annie by her mum - both are unaware of the other's existence, until they end up at summer camp in Maine together. There they make a plan to swap places and bring their wayward parents back together.
