It's a fun-filled and musical case of mistaken identity when lonely Judy Garland ("The Wizard of Oz," "A Star is Born," "Meet Me in St. Louis") mistakes traveling clown Gene Kelly ("An American in Paris," "Singin' In the Rain") for a famed Caribbean pirate.
