Sheriff Buford Pusser continues his one-man war against moonshiners and a ruthless crime syndicate who left him disfigured and murdered his wife in late 1960's Tennessee.

Daisy, Acid, and Dum Dum are young druggies caught in a downward spiral of dope addiction. They attempt to break into the drug smuggling business using the Cuban Navy as their suppliers—unfortunately their plan gets completely screwed up. Along their way down, they kidnap a young man and his bikini-clad girlfriend, snort up at a cool dance club (with strobe lights), visit an isolated Indian village, and have a showdown in the swamps. There is also a side trip to a hippie commune—played by real hippies, most of them stoned.

A group of motorcycle riders take a trip to the mountains that soon turns into a nightmare when they're stalked and attacked by backcountry sadists.

A Vietnam veteran with a psychic connection to sharks discovers their exploitation by the local aquarium and begins an underwater reign of terror to avenge them. The movie action scenes were shot using real sharks.

An evil alien wreaks havoc in a series of towns, turning the living into zombies, as he manifests in the minds of two allies out to kill him.
