Matthias Brenner

A young deaf man faces a life-and-death decision when his deathbed-ridden mother wishes him to help her die before she needs a nursing home.

9-year-old Benni is a toss-up between institutions that cannot tackle her outbursts. She wants to move in with her mother, but she can not handle her wild daughter. Micha is hired at the institution, Benni slowly opens up and attaches herself to him.
