A neuron scientist and her husband discover a black-and-white 16mm film in the basement of a dilapidated hospital. The film documents underground experiments on a part of the human brain called the sylvian fissure in an attempt to gain insight into the “forbidden territory” – an invisible reality achieved through neither life nor death. Obsessed with this surreal concept, the surgeon tries to reconstruct what she saw by recreating the experiment...starting with her own daughters!

A coming-of-age story about a group of teenagers born and raised around the globe whose parents send them to a summer camp in Seoul, S. Korea to learn about their heritage, only to learn about themselves in each other.

A man who can control people with a stare could rule humanity with his unusual ability if he so wished. Instead, he chooses a life of solitude, using his gift only when necessary. Cleverly, he makes sure that those under his control cannot remember.
