When an evil businessman plans to knock down a beach restaurant to build a golf course, the owner and his rescue dogs are determined to foil his plans. As he tries to keep the restaurant open, with his dog Charger as his sous chef, a comedy of errors unfolds which will find the humans needing to be rescued by their very own rescue animals.
