Maanagara Kaaval

Overview

Vijayakanth is the Assistant Commissioner of Police who arrests Anandraj, a professional killer. But, Nambiar asks to hand over him to Delhi police. Anandraj escapes from Vijayakanth in Delhi and tries to kill Prime Minister Lakshmi. How Vijayakanth saves Lakshmi is the climax of the movie.
