Overview

Five Children and It is the faithful retelling of Edith Nesbit's (The Railway Children) moralistic Victorian children's classic in which five children discover a sand fairy, the Psammead (sammyadd), which can make wishes come true. Robert, Anthea, Jane, Cyril embark on a series of intriguing adventures filled with the Psammead's special brand of magic.
