Overview

Butch Haynes is a hardened prison escapee on the run with a young hostage who sees in Butch the father figure he never had. Meanwhile, Texas Ranger Red Garnett is leading deputies and a criminologist in a state-wide pursuit. Red knows every road and pothole in the Panhandle. What's more, he knows the elusive Hayes-because their paths have crossed before.
