Overview

A feature documentary that explores the world of indie filmmaking through the lens of director David Axe. Driven by an insatiable desire to create, David assembles a team to shoot his passion project, an ambitious movie-within-a-movie called ACORN, in the Georgia backwoods. But when tragedy strikes on set, doubt and tension threaten to bring an end to their production.
